Keto Black + White Cookies

Cookie Ingredients

  • 2 cups and 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar substitute 
  • 1/2 vanilla extract
  • 1/2 lemon extract
  • 4 tbsp softened butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Chocolate frosting

  • 2 oz sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powered sugar substitute
  • 1 scoop KETO//OS Pro Chocolate Swirl
  • 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup water

Vanilla Frosting

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar substitute 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all cookie ingredients.
  2. Roll 12 golf ball size round cookies and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  3. Press down to flatten with a spatula, leaving a few inches apart.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes, until edges begin to brown.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Chocolate Frosting Instructions

  1. Melt together chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
  2. Using a whisk, add in powdered sugar substitute, KETO//OS pro chocolate swirl, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  3. Slowly add in the water until desired consistency for easy spreading.

Vanilla Frosting Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar substitute, heavy cream, and vanilla. 
  2. Slowly add in water until desired consistency for easy spreading is reached. 
  3. Spoon vanilla frosting onto half of the cookie and spoon chocolate frosting onto other half of cookie.
  4. Allow to set and dry before enjoying 🙂
